Due to the nature of the sale all markdowns are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance items. Regularly priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling and may be subject to a restocking fee.
For International Orders
We are happy to ship to you Internationally; however because our liabilities increase significantly when we ship outside the United States, we have established the following policy for International orders:
- We do not accept credit card payments, Paypal, Cashier Checks, Money Order or any other type of payment other than BANKWIRE TRANSFER from International customers. This applies to all international customers who are shipping to U.S., or U.S. customers who are shipping to non-U.S. address.
- You must email us (ollen@bartels-hd.com) the merchandise you wish to order, along with your complete shipping address to determine the exact shipping charge. Then we will email you the exact charges of the order together with our bank wire information.
- We ship using two methods:
1.) We use UPS for domestic and international addresses because it provides both the ability to track the shipment and the ability to confirm the delivery of the package to you;
2.) We use USPS (US Postal Service) to ship to APO addresses and require you to pay for insurance. We will email you the insurance information. You will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS in case your shipment gets lost.
- You will be responsible for the payment of any duty or custom fees levied by your country. Please contact custom officials in your country to find out how much you can expect to pay on the arrival of your order.
- International customers may or may not be able to register products with the manufacturer, receive technical support, or upgrades. Our website makes no warranties, expressed or implied as to the compatibility and performance of products sold outside the United States. For defective products, the customer pays all freight, transportation, and additional charges to return the product.
- Placing an order for shipment outside or within the United States constitutes an acceptance of the above and an agreement to abide by our policies.
